Shipping rates for orders that include only Horizonte Europe tickets can be refunded by submitting a ticket request to our customer service team. The order must contain <b>only the Horizonte ticket</b> purchase in order to qualify for a shipping rate refund. If the order includes any other product, you will not be eligible for a shipping refund. You will receive your Horizonte ticket confirmation through the email address you have on file. Physical admission tickets will not be shipped.
