I've noticed a huge change in my sleep, im waking a lot less in the night from pain and sleeping deeply.

Both my neurodiverse 9 year old and I drink thos and hour before our bedtimes. It has made a huge difference to settling my daughter at bedtime and helping us both stay asleep during the night. I feel more rested.
