This is the only multivitamin I have tried and I can't go without

I have been trialling these vitamins for 3 weeks now, one thing I have noticed is that I am sleeping much better, I will continue to monitor how else my mind/body feels. Only thing I disliked was the size of the tablets they are fairly large. But easy to take with water.

Love love love my multivitamins. These have helped my health so much and as a newly menopausal women, they help with that too
