Love this collagen, gives you all types 1,2 and 3 collagen as well as hyaluronic acid, vitamins and minerals. It’s my one stop supplement I have been taking since menopause started, I have it every day in my morning coffee. It has made a massive difference to my skin, highly recommend and tastes great.
